Shipping + Returns


Apparel and accessory orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days of placing your order. Orders will ship via USPS and you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information when your order ships. 

If your order comprises multiple items, they may potentially ship separately, so be on the lookout for multiple packages.

Please enter your shipping address at checkout in order to view and select pricing and shipping time options. These shipping times are timein transit, they do not include the lead time to package and ship the order (1-4 days). Please email [email protected] with any questions about a specific order. 

Package Sent Back?  

When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

The Kreativ Co. is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting The Kreativ Co. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. 


We ship internationally! Please enter your shipping address at checkout in order to select pricing and shipping times. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days of receiving the order.

All international orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL to your destination country's postal service. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery.

Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to The Kreativ Co. and to the buyer. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are also not eligible for refund, or exchange. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you would like to exchange for a new size, color, or style. Please email [email protected] to request your exchange be placed on hold while we await your package. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse we will send you the new item(s) with complimentary shipping. 

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email The Kreativ Co. and make sure you add a subject to your email. This helps us attend to your needs quicker. Send proof of your order and information, and a picture of the items that you received. We will make it right!

Please note: The Kreativ Co. is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen while in transit.

The Kreativ Co. is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.
