Do you create content for Instagram?

How do I control what you're going to post?
We will email you once your social media schedule is ready. You can then review it online and make sure everything is good to be posted. You can set up The Kreativ Co. to require an approval for every schedule or even send out each post manually from The Kreativ Co. Dashboard, so you're always in control. From your dashboard, you can review all content ideas we prepared, before it's sent out to Buffer and then your social channels. You can also edit or remove posts, request changes and give feedback.
Does The Kreativ Co. work only with Buffer?
Yes, you’ll need a Buffer account to work with The Kreativ Co. Buffer makes it easy to schedule and post your content to multiple social media accounts. You can quickly sign up for a Buffer account if you don’t have one, a free plan is all you need. If you do not have one, we will create one for you to keep things on track.
What social networks do you support?
The Kreativ Co. supports every social network Buffer supports, including Twitter, Facebook, Facebook Pages and Groups, LinkedIn, Google+. You can also post image content to Pinterest and Instagram.
Do you write content in languages other than English?
At the moment, we only write social media posts in English, but we would love to offer support for other languages soon. Stay tuned.
Do I need a credit card?
Yes, you’ll need a credit card to sign up for your monthly social media management subscription. All major cards are accepted. If you have any questions or worries before signing up, just get in touch with us.
Is there a yearly contract?
We'd love to work with you year to year, however we also want to give you the freedom to end services when needed. You can cancel your monthly subscription with us anytime, so there is no yearly contract. Just send us a message preferably by the 15th of the month!
